# Resolve a Coverage B category description

Resolves the human-readable category description for a Coverage B task, caching the code-table lookup at the collection level to avoid a per-row read.

## Steps

1. If the task is a child of a collection, delegate to `Parent.GetCategoryDescr(CategoryCode)`, which lazily loads and caches one `clsTaskCategoryCodeCollection` for source `COVB` — one code-table read per collection rather than per row.
2. If the task is standalone, load the category collection directly and return the matching description.
